These files contain correspondence, cuttings and articles saved by Sheila Kitzinger relating to her work on the Birth Crisis project, a series of workshops, correspondence and outreach based on her book by the same name, looking into the effects of traumatic birth and how to help women suffereing. This included the Birth Crisis Network, run by Kitzinger, a UK based help line for women to talk about their experiences with traumatic birth.
