Description
Photocopied pages from three of Dunham's laboratory notebooks from his time as a postdoctoral research associate at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in St. Louis. Book 3 includes DNA sequence charts and graphs, notes on the design of chromosome 6 specific oligos and experiment results and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) experiment results. Book 4 includes experiment notes regarding cosmid preparation, sequence data and PCR experiment results. Book 5 includes notes on digests and subcloning, printed sequence data and PCR experiment results. The pages from each notebook are separated by card dividers.
