An address to the gentlemen, Clergy, and Freeholders of all the Counties in Great Britain, and to the Mayors, Jurats, Bailiffs, Aldermen, Common Councilmen, and Burgesses of all the Cities, Towns-Corporate, and Boroughs throughout the said Kingdom of Great Britain.
