Notes

Tim Manning comes from Hertford in Hertfordshire. He recruits medical staff as a profession. On the plinth he is going to be dressed as a duck raising awareness for the Rotary Club duck race which is being run the next day. This is an event raising money by the Rotary Club for local hospitals in Hertfordshire and the Air Ambulance. He isn't a member of the Rotary Club but his father is.
