Description
During his work at the PRU, and after his retirement, JCG was involved with the ILO in efforts to standardise the international classification of the radiographic appearances of pneumoconioses. The ILO Third International Conference of Experts on Pneumoconiosis, Sydeny, March 1950, adopted a radiographical classification for some pneumoconioses, subject to later revisions.
