Joseph Waldo, of the city of Bristol, merchant, a subject of our sovereign lord the King, the true, lawful, and sole owner and proprietor of six hundred and forty-nine boxes of window glass, ninety boxes of tin plates, and seventeen bundles of iron wire, taken and seized as prize on the said island at the time of the capture and surrender thereof, claimant and appellant, against the Right Honourable Lord Rodney, heretofore Sir George Brydges Rodney, Baronet, and General John Vaughan.
