    That all buildings or alterations, tlie' expence of which may appear by cftimate to exceed the fum of ten guineas, fhall be made by contrad:, and fhall not be un- dertaken without the concurrence of a Ge- neral Court. That the Pliyficiaris and Surgeons be allowed pupils, who fliall be admitted by the Weekly Board, and their names entered in the minutes. ’ That the Houfe Surgeoh be recom- mended by the Surgeons of the Hofpital, and approved by the Weekly Board, That all patients recommended by Go- vernors and Subfcribers, be admitted in ot out patients, as the Weekly Board fliall determine ; and, that accidents be received at all times without recommendation. Children, perfons already blind, or in danger of lofing their fight, and perfons afflidled with palfey, fliall not be admitted, without fuch fecurity for their removal being given, as the Weekly Board fliall require. That the Apothecary, Secretary, Matron, and all menial fervants, fliall, befides their wages.
