Elisha Tyler of Jamaica, merchant, the claimant of the said ship Waesmunster, her tackle, apparel and furniture, on behalf of Nicholas Kemna, described of Waesmunster in Flanders, and a subject of His Imperial Majesty the emperor of Germany; and also claimnat of sundry goods, laden and on board the said ship, as the property of the said Nicholas Kemna, Andries Feigel the master, and others, described to be imperial and neutral subjects; and John Cologan of London, merchant, claimant of fifty bales of cocoa, as the property of Francis Bowens, described of Ostend, merchant; and Anthony Songa of London, merchant, claimant of part of the cargo, on behalf of asserted imperial subjects, - -appellants, against Charles Hotchkys, Esq. commander of His Majesty's ship of war the Hydra, his officers and mariners, the captors of the said ship and goods, - -respondents.
