Notes

Charlotte Ellen Parrott comes from Hazelmere. She is going up on the plinth to promote awareness for the charity Hope for Justice which is charity fighting against human trafficking. Very active in Christian youth groups, every day of the week and has just finished a course in child care which is what she'll be working in.
