Description
LAFC and NAFC circulars. Approximately 5160 circulars were made by Blount over 32 years, averaging 2 circulars a week. He began numbering the circulars on the 2nd October 1972 with the last numbered circular, 5119, issued c.April 1995. Also includes some draft copies alongside the printed circulars where blount has pasted an original cutting to photocopy.
The circulars are often strongly critical of individuals, particulalry MPs, and organisations, regularly taking the form of reply letters, suggesting they may have been deliberately designed to generate debate or cause controversy to prompt a response.
