A laboratory notebook from Dunham's time at the Sanger Institute containing notes and results on cloning cDNAs. There are also loose papers originally tucked into the book containing notes on gel running, sequencing data and a section of the chromosome 22 map. These papers have been removed and placed in the second part of the file. Only the first quarter of the notebook has been used.
