Notes

Steven Brown comes from St Albans. He is a photographer who is going to protest against restricted rights of photographers to take photographs in public places in case they are a 'terrorist'. On the plinth he will be taking photographs and will take a self-portrait. He has joined the British Journal of Photographers.
