Description
Manuscript letters. The Bishop was going to speak about the degeneration of the population in the House of Lords and Arthur wondered whether his cousin had any statistics about physical degeneration or physical improvement amongst his investigations which would help with this. Thanks for Memoirs and the remainder of the letter concerns family history.
