    C'2 3 Counties will, it is apprehended, be found too large for that Purpofe. Hundreds when they lie contiguous and entire ■may be convenient, but as feme of them may be too large and others too fnall to be formed into one DiferiS, and as they frequently run irregu¬ larly into each other, and a ford no precife Boundary or furifdiSion with refpeS to the Poor, it is apprehended that DifiriSs compre¬ hending a certain Number of Purifies, Town- fiips, or extraparochial Places, which main¬ tain their own Poor, and lie contiguous, though they may run into different Hundreds, will be a more convenient Divifon for this Purpofe. That the Names of every Parifh or extra- parochial Place in each Diftridt fhall be de¬ fer i bed in the Adi, and each Diflricl in every County, diftinguifhed by the Names of the Firil, Second, Third, Fourth, &c. OBSERVATION. / It is apprehended it will be much better to have tkefe DifiriSs deferibed by the Legifature in the AS, than referred to any Perfons to be appointed in the Country for that Purpofe, in order to preferve a Confllency in the whole Scheme, and as they will befi judge whether larger or /mailer DifiriSs will produce the great eft national Convenience; it may deferve their Confederation whether the DifiriSs may not \ \ /
