Notes

Julia Cocorachio comes from Bournemouth. Works full time with adults with learning difficulties and is also doing a part-time art degree. She talks about her experience of going back to study in her later life, which she says has been great and she can use her life experience more. Talked about starting her current work later in life and has only been doing it for six years, having worked in retail before that. On the plinth she will be dressed as a womb and will be sticking names of important people on to it. This was inspired by a previous project she had done at her foundation degree and also has taken some influence from Tracey Emin and her tent with names of people she has slept with written in it. Will also be throwing jelly babies into the crowd and may do some sketching.
