A laboratory notebook from Dunham's time at the Sanger Centre containing notes and experiment results regarding CpG sites and CGI inserts, amplification of inserts, YAC (Yeast Artificial Chromosome) preparation, PAC (P1-derived artificial chromosome) pool PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) screens, microarrays, oligos, the synapsin gene, and Kozak analysis. Dunham has stuck in correspondence and other relevant papers. The notes cover the period August 1994-May 2002. The back pages of the notebook were used as a form of diary giving a brief list of the work done, meetings attended and talks given per week from June 2002 until July 2005.
