Notes

Heather Cochrane comes from Dundee in Scotland. On the plinth she will be doing yoga to raise awareness for a charity called the Prison Phoenix Trust - who help prisoners to learn and practice yoga. She has lived all over the world but has now settled only a few miles from where she grew up in Aberdeen.
