3/1 Lease. Henry Soames and Henry Aldwin Soames to Edwar Winstanley, druggist, of adjoining premises at no. 7, south side of Poultry, and on the north side of Bucklersbury, for a term of 21 years. 13 Nov. 1825. Membrane.

3/2 Lease. Edward Winstanley, E.N. Winstanley, and G. Winstanley, chemists and druggists, to John Smith, tailor of premises at No. 26 side of Bucklersbury, for a term of 17 years. 24 March 1852. Membrane.

3/3 Lease. Josiah Messer (II and III) and George Stacey III, to Robert Langton, ironmonger, of premises at no. 37, north side of Bucklersbury (formerly warehouses belonging to premises at no. 7, Poultry) for two terms of 21 years. With plans. 26 April 1830, 14 Dec. 1852. Membrane.
