Description

Medicamentorum formulae ad varias medendi intentiones concinnatae auctore Hugone Smith, M.D. (London, 1760). Interleaved copy of the textbook prepared by Smith to accompany his course of lectures in the theory and practice of physic, containing manuscript additions and an index in the hand of 'Dr Withy' [William Withy (b. 1733), M.R.C.S.]. The additions were incorporated in the edition published in 1768.
