Description

These registers were introduced under 8 & 9 Vict. Cap 100, and they contain information on date of discharge or death, date of last admission, name, sex, class, whether discharged recovered, relieved or not improved, or died, with cause of death and age at death, observations. Under the rules of the Commissioners in Lunacy dated 31 October 1906, registers from 1907 onwards were in two separate series: one for discharges and transfers and one for deaths, with the same details
