By which he lost his marriage with Miss Barnston, A Beautiful And Accomplished Young Lady, And Possessed Of A Fortune Of Fifteen Thousand Pounds. The Plaintiff laid his Damages at Ten Thousand Pounds, and received a Verdict of Five Hundred.
