Lettering

Harry has just undergone an operation for an abnormal spleen, which weighed 6lb. 5oz. instead of the normal 5oz. His mother, shown in the picture gave a pint of her blood to help Harry during the operation. Lettering attached to verso on separate sheet, probably repeating the story as originally narrated in a newspaper
