Hardback experimental notebook compiled by Herbert Rees Wilson, Medical Research Council (MRC) Biophysics Unit, King’s College London, including research notes, calculations, diagrams and results of early experiments on nucleoproteins and DNA in collaboration with Maurice Wilkins. Includes data obtained from x-ray diffraction images made from calf thymus supplied by Rudolf Signer, trout sperm, sepia and large loligo (types of squid) sperm, and wheat germ.
