Notes

Tallulah Rendall comes from London. She only knew four hours ago that she was going to be on the plinth. She is a singer/musician. On the plinth she will be singing and playing guitar. Her album has just been released so she will playing songs from this. She is wearing a white dress made of see through plastic bags with a pair of jeans underneath.
