This compilation is the ninth of 10 from a collection of films made at the NIMR to show the effect of various experimental diets on dogs. The collection of films is partly of scientific, partly of historical and biographical interest and comprises 18 reels of research film on aspects of nutrition, including research into Vitamin A deficiency and the nutritional value of cod liver oil, together with two reels of 'home movies' made in Sheffield, Cornwall and London at various dates between 1933 and 1953.
