Volume of recipes

The volume records (in manuscript) recipe details (ingredients and quantities) for various products, particularly as derived from Thomas Bigg Ltd. Almost all entries are without date, although p. 8 is marked "checked by Tech Bureau 12/10/20", and pp. 35 and 36 are headed "Bureau letter 20th Sept 1921".

A "Code" is written on p. 342.

Three loose sheets are inserted between pp. 31 and 32 (the entry for Bigg's Cattle Dip), referring to "Code for Formulae".

342 numbered pages, plus alphabetical index pages at the front. Most pages are not used. The volume was found locked and opened (without the benefit of a key) when catalogued in 2008.
