Tim Lang's Talks: Administration

Correspondence, mainly administrative and organisational, and other papers relating to talks given by Tim Lang on food safety, food policy, etc., including programmes, manuscript notes, booklets, some texts of talks, lists of speakers. Includes material on talks given at conferences on social sciences (food, diet and health), economic policy, trade and business, consumer interests, industry, the Third World and food issues, conferences organised by local councils, local health authorities, local political parties, socio-political groups, medical, health and welfare charities, pressure groups, professional organisations, universities and polytechnics, and environmental groups.

Venues are chiefly in London and around the UK. Many of the London conferences were at County Hall, London, the GLC headquarters. Occasionally there are international venues such as the United States of America.
