The particulars of valuable nett ground rents, for eighty years, amounting to three hundred and five pounds Seven Shillings per annum; amply secured: Also of thirty-eight substantial well-built brick dwelling houses and offices, desirably situate in portman and Manchester Squares; in the circumjacent streets; and in the vicinity of Grosvenor and Berkley Squares; the present rental four thousand and two pounds per annum: likewise some unfinished houses, and several plots of vacant ground very eligible for building on.
