About this work

Description

Le trésor de la Loterie révélé. Par Jean Pic de la Mirandole. Contenant les plus admirables Cabales. Traduit en Français par Mr. L. G. D. [Incomplete]. The first part of the text, to p. 20, seems to be a translation of 'Il tesoro nel Lotto revelato di Pico Mirandola', said to be an MS. found in Venice, and almost certainly pseudonymous. The remainder of 'Le trésor' consisting of 'Cabale des nombres' for finding 'le véritable numéro sympathique' seems to be by Chaussegros himself. Pp. 89-122 contain tables of planetary hours. On p. 50 mention is made of 'l'année courante qui est 1834'. Produced in Paris.
