31 January, 1950. Signed Agreement between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd and W D Williams for monthly tenancy of house and premises known as No. 1 Mill Pond Road, Dartford, at £5.17s6d per month inclusive.
5 April, 1950. Signed and sealed Building Lease (with scale plan attached). The Wellcome Foundation Ltd to RAFA Nominees Ltd. Hards (formerly Victoria) Mill, Dartford. Term, 7 years from 1 January 1950. Rent, £1 per annum.
13 March, 1952. Signed Agreement between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd and Robert Kenneth Shearer for yearly tenancy of six acres of land at Tent House Field, Dartford. Rent, £21 per annum, payable quarterly in advance.
