Heads of two bills, for remedying some defects in the act made in the seventeenth year of the reign of his late Majesty George the Second, entitled, "an act to amend and make more effectual the laws relating to rogues, vagabonds, and other idle and disorderly Persons, and to houses of correction : " and to enable the Court of Assize and General Quarter Sessions to issue process on recognizances and fines estreated, and to prevent fraudulent Returns by Sheriffs Officers.
