Acquisition note

Items 1-50 were formerly in the Bibliotheca Lindesiana (cf. MS. 5316) until sold at Sotheby's 30 Nov.-3 Dec. 1925, lot 1034. They were purchased at Stevens' 23 Sept. 1930, lots 234, 359. Items 51-62 were acquired from various sources, 1930-32.
