Signed correspondence from Radford & Frankland (SMB solicitors) to MS&Co, and MS&Co to Henry Wellcome.
Includes:
1) Booklet containing printed copies of correspondence, 1887-1888, relating to the Dissolution of Partnership Action Burroughs -V- Wellcome 1888. Mainly corresp between Henry Wellcome & SMB. 50pg with ms annotations.
2) Copy correspondence from 1893-1894 re the possible establishment of the company as a joint stock company and/or Henry Wellcome's purchase of SMB's share of the business [prior to SMB's death]. This series of letters illustrates how SMB did not wih to continue any relationship - business or personal with Henry Wellcome. Correspondence includd SMB, Henry Wellcome, Dr Clark, Chune Fletcher and the respective solicitors.
