Rules and directions for all such persons as are obliged to find or contribute, either towards horse or foot, in the militia. With the manner and proportions of assessing and charging the same; as also of furnishing arms, according to the mandate which is expected, from the present circumstances of affairs, will speedily be issued out. The whole carefully abstracted from all the several acts of Parliament in force relating thereto.
