About this work

Description

"This zine is about my frustrations with the UK welfare & benefits system. I've been living in "relative poverty", whilst disabled and unwell, since November 2017. A couple of months ago, while still waiting for various assessments and benefits applications, this became "absolute poverty", where I was unable to afford basics like soap and toothpaste, and struggling to afford food. The stress made me even sicker, as you will see in this zine."--Page 1.
