Newspaper clipping from the Galloway News relating to the opening of a new centre for handicapped children in Castle Douglas by Chairman of the Education Committee, Colonel G. G. M. Bachelor. Dr W. J. B. Rogers and Edgar McCoy from the Children's Psychiatric Unit at Crichton Royal Hospital spoke at the ceremony, with Mr McCoy occupying the chair.
