Daphne Ingham currently lives in Sheffield and who works for the Richmond Fellowship as Director of Strategic Initiatives. She spoke with great enthusiasm about mental health and how she was trying to change things the way things were done to benefit the people who needed services and support. Described how she took up swimming - she started off swimming in a local pool then got into lake and open water swimming and is a member of the British Long Distance Swimming Association and has also been on swimming holidays in Greece and Malta to Gozo open water swimming. On the plinth she will be talking about mental health.
