Mr. Walter having been informed that a number of illiberal reports, in various shapes, are circulated to the prejudice of his press, some of them going so far as to annihilate its continuance; has thought it right to lay before the public the following letters, which were published in the Daily Universal Register, of the 10th, 11th, and 12th of August last, which he submits to candid Inspection.
