Notes

Sophie Durlacher comes from Maldon in Essex. On the plinth she is going to be herself, deliberately taking an hour for herself to do nothing as her life is normally very busy and full. Will also be taking up a camera to take photographs. She has a young son and works running an organisation that helps people out of mainstream education to gain skills. Worked in publishing and academia for a long time and made a conscious choice to work in something with more social responsibility. She is doing this for her mother and her young son.
