Description
Card stencil labelled "Card for Testing fingerprint Cards". Has notches cut away from the top edge for marking fingerprint cards, see GALTON/2/9/6/15/1. The position of the notches was a filing system to indicate catalogue number, existence of duplicates, etc. In three pieces.
