A faithful account of the conduct of Provost James Innes and Baillie James Innes in Elgin, in the affair of Alves, and of the process that followed thereupon before the commissary of Murray, against Magdalen Innes spouse to Mr. John Paul minister to the Gospel at Rothes, sister to the said Provost Innes, and cousin german once removed to the said Baillie Innes. Published by the said Mr. Paul, who is ready to vouch by sufficient documents and habile witnesses, and to attest upon oath, in the most solemn manner, the truth of every sentence of the following relation.
