"Ricette e segreti diversi".

On the title-page: "Ricette e segreti diversi di me Filippo M[ari]a di Gio. Batista Scarlatti messe insieme questo anno 1713".

Although the first date is 1713, and the volume is indeed started by the above-named, a second writer - probably his son - takes over in 1735 (see page 171). This second writer then notes the various dates of his entries, the latest being 1773 (see page 408).

A note on p. 425 contains an "Avvertimento. Di carte 323 fino a carte 346 sono tutti segreti e ricette cavate dal Lessico Farmaceutico Chimico di Gio. Ba[ptis]ta Cappello Speziale in Venezia, Stampato in d[ett]a Citta fino del 1754".
