Bought from Murad Baroody in Beirut, Lebanon, for £7. Accessioned on 12th March 1915.

Hand note

Script:Naskh Ink: Black and red Scribe: Multiple scribes mentioned. Older leaves written by the copyist Ibrahim Ibn Nasr Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Muhammad Ibn al-Hasan Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Munir al-Kindi (a physician). Modern leaves written by the copyist Toma Butrus Jibara, a physician of Damascus. Originally transcribed from a manuscript written by the copyist 'Abd al-Kafi al-Farajani.

Ownership note

Known owners: Ya'qub Ibn al-Khuri Jirjis, physician of the Nuri hospital in Tripoli, Syria (modern day Lebanon).
