Signed and sealed by Henry Wellcome, who "adopted the trade name or style of the Toga Publishing Company", publisher of Reports of the Wellcome Research Laboratories at the Gordon Memorial College, Khartoum. See information sheet with document that refers to the necessity to charge for the Reports in future.
