Notes

Vesian Easthope comes from Wiltshire. He works as an art dealer and buyer. Dressed up in Victorian clothes (suit, bow tie, top hat and cape) and on the plinth he is going to take photographs. He will be taking up an old Victorian camera but will probably not use it as it is complicated. His ideas are to put other people on the plinth by photographing them.
