Description
Map showing the rivers and watercourses surrounding the Orange River. Annotated "Francis Galton Esq (Unfinished Proof) F G April 1850."
The southernmost part of the map starts at Algoa Bay and shows the area up the east coast to Delagoa Bay. The map has been painted with yellow, pink and green along territorial boundaries, and annotated in places.
NB a small portion has been cut from the top of the map.
