12 September, 1944. Report of meeting at Wellcome Research Institution, Euston Road. Representatives from Boots Pure Drug Co Ltd, The British Drug Houses Ltd, May & Baker Ltd, The Wellcome Foundation Ltd, Dr Hartley (TRC Secretary), F Warburton and A Mortimer (Ministry of Supply). Warburton reporting from visit to USA.

27 September, 1944. Notes of meeting at offices of E R Squibb & Sons, New York. T R G Bennett and J Russell (of TRC and WFL) met with representatives from Squibb, Merck and Pfizer.

November, 1944. Memorandum and draft agreement between Glaxo Laboratories Ltd, Merck & Co Inc, Chas Pfizer & Co Inc, and E R Squibb & Sons. With attached correspondence.

"Report of Special Meeting of [TRC] Board held in Mr Bennett's room, The Wellcome Research Institution on Thursday 23rd November, 1944, at 2.15 pm."

Copy of cable sent (20 February, 1945) by Anderson (Boots) to Pfizer, Merck, and Squibb: "Your cable of 12th instant departs so materially from draft agreement of October 24th that we Boots see no possibility of our reaching agreement stop Regret therefore we must now withdraw from the negotiations stop...." With additions in pencil.
