Description
Certificate printed on card by Campbell & Tudhope of Glasgow for the St. Andrew's Ambulance Association (Head office, 176 West Regent Street, Glasgow). The association badge is to the left on a column of thistles. A red cross in a shield is part of the general design. Printed in gold, black, red and pale green. A handwritten date of 5 September 1914 has been entered for a Miss N. Lampson. Signed by 'Dalkeith' the president.
