Notes

Mairead Armstrong lives in Central London. She is originally from Kent near Dover. Loves nature, the beach, the sea because that's where she grew up. She designs jewellery and is also a psychic healer/medium. First discovered she had the gift quite a few years ago when a man showed her a photo of his family and she started asking him questions, he realised she knew quite a lot about them without ever having met his family. She doesn't want to exploit her gift in any way. Is a very spiritual person and has travelled to India. On the plinth she is going to talk about the Voynich manuscript which is an illustrated codex hand-written in an unknown writing system. Also wants to promote Dover and its history including Dover Castle and some stories of the hauntings. Will also talk about gemstones and the spiritual nature of some of the gems.
