Description
Advertisement for a proprietary remedy for respiratory diseases. Left, a blackboard with a drawn pair of lungs and trachea and the words Pectoral San Andres. Right, a man in a white laboratory coat and cap holds a bottle of "Jarabe Pectoral de San Andres" which he pours down a detached throat, with lungs attached, which he holds in his other hand. Boxes of the same remedy on the table are inscribed "Pectoral San Andres cura los catarros tenaces. Cura la tos más empernida", and "A base de guayacol y de hipofosfitos compuestos.
